Michele Karlin
Michele Karlin is the owner of Revelation Bodywork, LLC and a certified Pilates instructor. She has furthered her study of integrative movement, anatomy, and modification for injuries and pathologies. She is currently authoring a continuing education training that incorporates complementary modalities into one seamless practice for Revelation teachers. Since 2011, owner Michele Karlin and her staff have delivered inspired, safe Pilates-based training to help students achieve their personal best. Rather than relying on the latest fitness trends or societal expectations, Revelation imparts a focused somatic approach to movement using a variety of Pilates equipment, props, and mat work. This allows each individual to tune in and recognize his or her own physical needs and highest potential and to advocate for him or herself. Prioritizing conscious movement and self-awareness as opposed to self-judgement, our method builds confidence and an innate understanding of self care that sets students up for success both inside and outside the studio. With a combined 40+ years experience, our methods are based in science and supported by the therapeutic communities with which we collaborate. We are knowledgeable and always happy to work with your therapist or medical practitioner or refer you to one of our well-respected colleagues should the need arise. Lindsay Grymes
Lindsay Grymes is a Choreographer, Dancer, and Pilates Instructor who graduated with a B.F.A. in Choreography in 2020 and gained her 500hr Comprehensive Pilates certification in 2022. After undergoing hip surgery in 2020, Lindsay discovered her love for Pilates and how it made her movement more energized and fluid. She aims to maximize each student’s potential and discover physical potential through the power of discipline and camaraderie.

Gwendolyn is a certified pilates trainer with 20 years of fitness experience including yoga, barre, dance, and personal training. She believes dynamic movement and flexibility form an important foundation for a healthy, happy life. She is committed to helping clients achieve core stability and strength, postural alignment, and steady, supple power. Her approach stimulates holistic body health, building balance and stamina for everyday movement, injury recovery and prevention, and sports training.
